These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99xok ("99xok", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99xok online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and payment services available through 99xok at https://99xok.net.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on the 99xok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 99xok platform.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 99xok, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either applied voluntarily through your 99xok account settings or otherwise imposed.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 99xok platform, you must register an account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same bKash or Nagad account — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 99xok will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify 99xok promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• 99xok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
• You must inform 99xok if you have a gambling problem or if you wish to apply a self-exclusion or deposit limit to your account. These tools are available in your account settings.
• 99xok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

99xok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. 99xok does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 99xok, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 99xok wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 99xok does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 99xok processes withdrawal requests during normal operating hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes; processing times for other methods may vary. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully completed before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing withdrawals above a threshold set by 99xok. Requested documents must be submitted and approved before such withdrawals are released.
• 99xok reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is any reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once cannot be withdrawn without 99xok's express written approval. This rule exists to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

99xok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum cashout rules specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus funds are credited to your 99xok account separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts is classified as bonus abuse.
• 99xok reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the accounts of players found to be abusing promotional offers, including through the use of VPN services, multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering patterns.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus types unless the free spin promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used within the specified period will be automatically removed from your account.
• 99xok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes correcting errors in promotion terms that were published incorrectly.

5. Responsible Gaming

99xok is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. • Money laundering or any activity that 99xok has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to criminal activity, including using 99xok as a conduit to move funds between payment methods without genuine wagering activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99xok staff or other players through any communication channel, including support chat, email, or social media.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99xok platform, including but not limited to the 99xok brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video content, and promotional materials, is the property of 99xok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99xok platform for personal and recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 99xok platform content without the prior written consent of 99xok. Unauthorized use of 99xok intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99xok shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the 99xok platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if 99xok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

99xok does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 99xok shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

99xok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the 99xok platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
